KicksGo US provides B2B sneaker merchant matching, listings, wholesale lots, in-app chat, notifications, account support, and authentication reference workflows. Please read this policy before using KicksGo US.

Data We Collect

Account contact data such as email, phone, password hash, verification state, and session data.
Merchant profile data such as merchant name, city, state, store type, verification status, membership level, and score.
Listings, wholesale lots, SKU, size, quantity, price, fulfillment, images, and notes.
In-app messages, images, quick actions, deal status signals, read status, risk reports, and block records.
Authentication case photos, notes, result, reviewer data, and report records.
Device, push token, locale, timezone, IP, user agent, notification, and operational logs.

How We Use Data

We use data for login, account security, merchant verification, matching, messaging, notifications, authentication review, support, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, and compliance.

Giveaways

For KicksGo giveaways, we use your verified email address to confirm entries, enforce entry limits, recover your participation records, and notify winners. No marketplace account is required. If you win, we collect your recipient name, phone number, country, state or region, city, street address, and postal code to arrange prize delivery. Necessary shipping information may be shared with delivery providers. Winning entry codes may be published, but email addresses and shipping details are not published. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; records needed for outstanding prize delivery, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be retained.

Cookies And Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, session tokens, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember preferences, maintain security, and operate web-based KicksGo US features. Browser settings may allow users to block or delete cookies, but some account or security features may not work without them.

User Choices

KicksGo US is a business-to-business service for merchants and is not directed to children under 18. Users under 18 should not use the service unless a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to this policy and the applicable terms.
