Service Scope

KicksGo US provides B2B sneaker merchant matching, listing, search, in-app messaging, wholesale lot display, and photo-based reference authentication tools.

No Payment or Escrow

KicksGo does not process payments, hold funds, guarantee transactions, provide shipping services, or act as a tax advisor. Merchants handle payment, delivery, taxes, and disputes directly.

Merchant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and merchant information.
• Evaluate counterparties, product condition, prices, payment methods, shipping, taxes, and offline transaction risk.
• Do not post counterfeit, infringing, misleading, illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content.

Platform Rights

KicksGo may delist listings, limit accounts, request supplemental verification, restrict high-risk features, hide inappropriate content, and use chat or review signals to assist risk handling.
